Blanchon Group has entrusted Hardis Group with integrating Sage X3, the group ERP system, for Debal Coatings, its recently acquired subsidiary in Belgium.
Hardis Group is managing the project and providing owner support for all aspects of the work, helping to ensure that the deployment is a success.
OBJECTIFS DU PROJET
- Manage and support the deployment of Sage X3, the group ERP system, in Belgium
MISSIONS RÉALISÉES
- Draw up the deployment schedule for Sage X3
- Carry out the initial review and analyze gaps between Blanchon Group (France) and Debal Coatings (Belgium)
- Confirm the data for migration and the migration strategy
- Oversee the data transfer process
- Coordinate tasks between all project stakeholders
- Organize the training sessions
- Lead steering committee and project committee meetings
